AIRSHARE+ · AS+ WALLET
Terms of Service
Effective October 17, 2026 · Airsidian, Inc.
Clear rules for connecting, creating, trading and using available wallet services.
1. These terms and our services
These Terms of Service apply to AirShare+, AS+ Wallet, airshareplus.com and related services operated by Airsidian, Inc. (Airsidian, we, us or our). They explain the rules for using our services and the responsibilities that come with accounts, content, community activity and available wallet tools.
Please read these terms before creating an account or using the services. Where we ask you to accept these terms, your acceptance forms an agreement with Airsidian. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use features requiring acceptance. Merely viewing this page does not authorize a payment, transaction or access to your wallet. Feature-specific terms and third-party terms may also apply and will be identified when relevant.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 to use AirShare+ and able to enter this agreement under applicable law. If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use where required by law. Financial purchase or exchange services require you to be at least 18, or older where applicable law or the provider requires it, and to satisfy any additional eligibility checks. Creating an AirShare+ account does not make you eligible for every wallet or payment feature.
Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Do not impersonate another person or business, create deceptive identities, or use accounts to evade restrictions. You must have authority to act for any business or organization you represent. Protect your account credentials and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification or restrict access where reasonably necessary for eligibility, security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
3. Availability, beta features and changes
Features differ by app, build, device, location, account eligibility and release status. Beta, testnet, practice and preview features may be incomplete or unavailable. Test credits and practice balances are not money, have no redeemable value and must not be represented as real crypto. A roadmap, demonstration, quote preview or provider inquiry is not a promise that a feature is live or that a partnership has been approved.
We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may pause access for security, reliability or legal reasons. Where a change affects paid services or customer assets, we will provide information and available cancellation, refund, withdrawal or recovery options as required by law and the applicable service terms. These terms do not authorize us to confiscate your assets.
4. Responsible use and community safety
Use the services lawfully and respect other people. Do not use them for fraud, scams, threats, harassment, exploitation, discriminatory abuse, illegal goods or services, infringement, nonconsensual intimate material, or sexual content involving minors. Do not publish another person's private information without a lawful basis, misrepresent a listing or payment, manipulate votes or reviews, or use automation to generate spam or deceptive engagement.
Do not bypass access controls, probe accounts you do not own, steal credentials, distribute malware, overload the services or interfere with their operation. Report suspected misuse through available reporting tools or support. Discovery results, profiles, alerts and proximity information can be inaccurate; use your own judgment when meeting people, attending events or arranging work. AirShare+ is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services when needed.
5. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share it, including permission relating to people depicted and information about them. Your chosen audience and privacy settings determine intended distribution, but recipients may copy content and public content may be accessible outside your immediate network.
You grant Airsidian a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display and technically adapt your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the services according to your settings. This license does not transfer ownership. After deletion, it continues only where needed for backups, legal obligations, safety records or copies already shared as explained in our Privacy Policy. Private messaging encryption remains subject to the actual feature's design; this license does not give us access to encryption keys we do not possess.
Airsidian and its licensors retain rights in the service software, branding and other materials they own. You receive a limited right to use the services for their intended purposes while complying with these terms. Do not imply our endorsement or use our branding deceptively. Send content-rights complaints to support with enough information to identify the content and your rights; do not submit passwords or recovery words.
6. Jobs, events, tickets and marketplace activity
People and businesses offering jobs, services, events, tickets or goods are responsible for accurate descriptions, lawful offers, required permissions, fulfillment, applicable taxes and their disclosed cancellation and refund obligations. Buyers and participants should review the seller or organizer, price, timing, restrictions and refund terms before agreeing. An ASP hold, profile, badge or listing is not a guarantee of legitimacy, quality, safety, employment, attendance or fulfillment.
Unless we expressly identify Airsidian as the seller or contracting party for a particular transaction, the agreement for the goods, work, service or event is between its participants. We provide platform tools and may help investigate reports, but do not guarantee another participant's performance. Refunds and cancellations remain subject to the transaction's disclosed terms and applicable law. Nothing here removes rights that buyers, workers or consumers cannot legally waive.
7. Creator holds and reserved funds
Ordinary posts, alerts and publishing an event are free. Our creator-hold policy provides for $5 USD worth of ASP for posting a job, enabling event ticket sales, or creating a marketplace/storefront where that hold is implemented and available. A storefront hold is not a separate hold for every product listing. Creator holds show commitment and discourage throwaway listings; they do not certify the creator. A creator hold is separate from a buyer's payment or escrow.
Before collecting a hold, the applicable flow must disclose the ASP quantity, valuation method, purpose, who controls it, duration or release conditions, and any applicable dispute or deduction rules. Ticket-selling and storefront hold release conditions have not yet been finalized; these terms do not supply missing release conditions or authorize collection without those disclosures. No forfeiture is created by this paragraph. Do not assume that a dollar reference guarantees a fixed USD value when ASP is released.
8. Wallets, custody and security
Airsidian services may include account-based balances and connected blockchain wallets. The applicable screen and service disclosures identify the asset, network, transaction type and custody arrangement. Some account-based services maintain balances and transaction records through Airsidian; connected self-custody wallets use their own keys and recovery arrangements. Do not assume that every feature is self-custodial or that account recovery restores a separate blockchain wallet.
Keep recovery words, private keys, wallet PINs and verification codes secure. Never send them to support, Seer, another user or a payment-provider inquiry form. Review destination addresses, assets, networks, amounts and fees before approving. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed, and transfers to an incorrect address or network may be unrecoverable. Contact support promptly about suspected errors or unauthorized activity; applicable rights and responsibilities depend on the transaction and law. A screenshot or browser redirect does not prove payment or delivery.
9. ASP, ADA, swaps and liquidity risks
ASP and ADA are crypto assets, not bank deposits. Their market value can change substantially, and you may lose the amount committed. Airsidian does not promise a price, return, yield, liquidity level, exchange listing, redemption value or ability to sell. ASP does not give ownership, dividends or equity in Airsidian merely because you hold it. Utility descriptions and roadmap statements are not investment recommendations.
A decentralized swap depends on network conditions, pool liquidity, transaction fees and the rate available when executed. Price impact, slippage, smart-contract issues and transaction failures can affect outcomes. Providing liquidity exposes your deposited assets to trading, changing pool composition and losses relative to holding the assets separately. Company-funded liquidity is not a guarantee of a fixed price or customer repayment. Review each quote and transaction separately; we do not sign or move your self-custody funds merely because you use an informational screen.
10. USD purchases and third-party payment providers
Where an approved provider connection is available, you may choose an eligible payment provider and enter its hosted checkout. The provider presents its quote and terms, performs its required identity and location checks, collects payment details and processes the purchase or payout under its agreement with you. Provider names, supported assets, locations, payment methods, limits and fees may vary. An inquiry or application to Banxa, Transak, Ramp Network or another company does not mean the provider has approved or activated our service. USD checkout is not activated merely by publishing these terms.
We do not ask you to enter card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents into our planned standard hosted-checkout purchase screens. Such information is entered with the selected provider. The provider's terms and privacy notice apply to its checkout, and our Privacy Policy applies to information we process, such as wallet identifiers and purchase-status records. Outsourcing checkout does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on Airsidian.
Unless direct ASP support is expressly available, buying ASP through this flow involves two transactions: a USD purchase of native ADA from the provider, followed by a separately reviewed and approved ADA-to-ASP swap. The ADA purchase can complete even if you do not complete the ASP swap; in that case, the ADA remains in the receiving wallet, subject to any separately authorized transaction. Rates and fees can change between steps. We will not treat an ADA quote as a guaranteed ASP amount or automatically switch a pending purchase to another provider.
11. Fees, cancellations and refunds
Review the final amount, fees, asset quantity and expiry before confirming a purchase, payment or swap. Provider, network, conversion and platform fees may apply and must be disclosed in the applicable flow. A displayed dollar estimate is not a cash balance or guaranteed exchange rate. Optional features such as AirPay Shield may have separately disclosed fees. Choosing a standard service does not authorize an optional fee or subscription.
Provider purchases, cancellations, disputes and refunds follow the selected provider's terms and applicable law. Seller and event refunds follow their disclosed terms and applicable law. An irreversible blockchain transfer is different from a card charge or an internal platform record; do not assume that a refund can reverse every associated transaction. We will not describe all purchases as nonrefundable where law requires otherwise. Contact the responsible provider or seller and AirShare+ support as appropriate. Do not start a replacement purchase while the original outcome is uncertain. You are responsible for your tax obligations under applicable law.
12. Privacy and private payments
Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing, retention and privacy requests. Your account, location, audience and notification choices affect how features work. Public blockchains may expose addresses and transaction details, and public records cannot generally be deleted by us.
Private sending and Shield features have the protections described for the particular available service. Private does not mean invisible to every operator, payment partner, recipient or lawful authority, and it does not waive verification or legal obligations. A private app receipt does not by itself make an on-chain transaction anonymous. Availability and protections must be checked in the actual flow; these terms do not activate a planned feature.
Read our Privacy Policy13. Seer and automated information
Seer and other automated tools may generate incomplete or incorrect information. Verify important information and do not rely on AI as a substitute for qualified financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. AI explanations, recommendations and practice controls do not authorize a payment, sign a transaction or guarantee a result. Avoid submitting secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal information to AI tools.
14. Moderation, suspension and closing accounts
We may remove or limit content and restrict or suspend features for violations of these terms, reasonably suspected fraud, security risks, legal requirements or harm to others. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review through support. Urgent safety action may occur before notice. Moderation is not a promise that all harmful content or conduct will be detected.
You may stop using the services and request account closure through available controls or support. Closing an account does not itself cancel third-party orders, reverse blockchain transactions or release funds subject to valid holds or legal restrictions. We will explain available steps for resolving balances, holds and pending transactions, subject to identity verification and applicable law. Records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Account suspension does not by itself transfer ownership of your assets to Airsidian.
15. Service limitations and legal rights
We use reasonable care to operate the services, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free information, compatibility with every device, or performance by independent users, providers or networks. To the extent permitted by applicable law, beta and informational features are provided as available without additional implied warranties. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Airsidian is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. This does not exclude or limit liability where doing so is unlawful, including rights relating to fraud, intentional misconduct, or other nonwaivable consumer protections. These terms do not excuse Airsidian from legally required handling of customer assets, refunds, security or privacy obligations.
16. Questions, disputes and updates
For questions, complaints or disputes, email support@airshareplus.com with the relevant account or transaction reference and a description of the issue. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, private keys or recovery words. We will review the issue and explain available next steps. This contact process does not prevent you from exercising rights, seeking urgent relief, contacting regulators or bringing a claim in a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.
We may update these terms and will post the revised version and effective date here. For material changes, we will provide notice through the service or other appropriate means and obtain renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not retroactively alter an already authorized transaction or remove rights that applicable law protects. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. Contact: Airsidian, Inc., support@airshareplus.com.
